New concept artwork has been revealed for the previously announced Parkside Market, as well as details about the district’s all-new Earl of Sandwich and new quick-service Mexican street food eatery.

The mid-century modern style Parkside Market will house four culinary concepts under one roof: Seoul Sister, a fast-casual eatery with a Korean-forward menu based on bibimbap (Korean rice bowls) with a California twist; Sip & Sonder, serving signature lattes, fresh treats, frozen drinks, and Caribbean-inspired bites; GG’s Chicken Shop, with a family-friendly menu of chicken sandwiches, salads, and classic sides; and a second story bar pouring craft cocktails and mocktails, including frozen lemonades, frozés, espresso martinis, shareable cocktails, and spirit-free elixirs.

Paseo, Céntrico, and Tiendita

Along with the new Paseo dining room and Céntrico courtyard bar and restaurant – both upscale Mexican restaurants from Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán – Disneyland has announced a third quick-service location called Tiendita will offer Chef Gaytán’s Mexican street food menu.

According to Patina Restaurant Group, the trio of new restaurants will “celebrate Chef Gaytán’s reverence for his Mexican roots,” with Tiendita featuring elements of the elevated dishes at Paseo and Céntrico. The quick-service location’s menu will include esquites (a popular street food made with roasted corn) and tacos al pastor (thin slices of pork topped with roasted onions, cilantro, and salsa). For dessert, Tiendita will serve arroz con leche with cinnamon and vanilla topped with raisins, as an elevated twist on Chef Gaytán’s favorite childhood treat.

“Tiendita is the perfect accompaniment to the previously announced Paseo and Céntrico by Chef Carlos Gaytán,” said Frank Moreno, vice president of operations at Patina Restaurant Group. “Mexican culture embraces spending time with family and friends sharing a delicious meal together. Tiendita will offer guests an expedited dining choice, while the experience remains true to this ethos and authenticity.”

Paseo, Centrico, and Tiendita are scheduled to open in spring 2024.

Earl of Sandwich

Last but certainly not least, plans were announced for an all-new location for the popular Earl of Sandwich, featuring a quick-service Earl of Sandwich shop on the ground level and a table-service gastropub upstairs. A temporary Earl of Sandwich pop-up will open soon near Star WarsTrading Post.

Earl of Sandwich

The Earl of Sandwich temporary location on the district’s east end near the Esplanade (formally La Brea Bakery) will be transformed into an all-new Porto’s Bakery.
