New Disneyland holiday looks revealed for Mickey and Minnie

The merriest season of the year at Disneyland Resort kicks off Nov. 12, 2021 (just four weeks away), but the resort has already revealed the all-new festive holiday attire Mickey and Minnie will be donning this year, as well as offering a sneak peek at some of the new Disneyland holiday merchandise.

“The holiday season returns to the Disneyland Resort from Nov. 12, 2021, through Jan. 9, 2022,” writes Disneyland Public Relations Director Kelsey Lynch in the Disney Parks Blog. “Beloved traditions including “A Christmas Fantasy” Parade, “Believe…In Holiday Magic” fireworks spectacular, and “it’s a small world” Holiday are back at Disneyland park – and over at Disney California Adventure park, Disney Festival of Holidays celebrates multicultural traditions, Cars Land is transformed for the holidays, and so much more!”

Even before the official holiday festivities begin, Disneyland Magic Key holders may catch a glimpse of Mickey and Minnie in their new holiday looks – featuring cozy puffer jackets and matching scarfs – inside the exclusive limited-time Starcade experience in Tomorrowland that runs through Oct. 30, 2021. Beginning Nov. 12, all Disneyland guests will be able to see Mickey and Minnie dressed for the holidays in Town Square on Main Street U.S.A.

As another early holiday gift, Disneyland has given shoppers a sneak peek at some of the magical holiday merchandise that will be available this November, including cute Mickey and Minnie plush inspired by the couple’s festive attire.

This year’s upcoming holiday merchandise has something for everyone on your holiday list, but for now, the resort is revealing several items from the adorable “Walt’s Holiday Lodge” collection, including Minnie ears (complete with a red plaid flannel bow), a Spirit Jersey, a backpack (with Mickey and Minnie on a heart-shaped ski lift), and a denim shirt, all featuring favorite Disney characters on a snowy ski vacation.
