Get Soaked” at Tokyo Disney Resort

There’s no better way to beat the summer heat from July 4 through Sept. 6, 2023, than than to “get soaked” at Tokyo Disney Resort.

Get Soaked this summer at Tokyo Disney Resort
  • Splash Mountain “Get Soaked MAX” – If you thought Splash Mountain was wet before, you haven’t experienced “Splash Mountain Get Soaked MAX.” For the second year in a row, an additional effect will be added to the Tokyo Disneyland Park attraction for a limited time, with more even water being sprayed to make the ride’s 16-meter drop even more exciting – and even more wet.
  • Baymax’s Water ProgramBaymax, the personal healthcare companion robot from “Big Hero 6,” will protect guests along the parade route from the summer sun. When Baymax detects areas with “low energy levels” (aka needing a cool-down), his float stops, and guests will enjoy a refreshing spray of water accompanied by lively music.
  • Get Soaked in Toontown – Fun water-splashing spots where guests can get soaked will pop up around Toontown in Tokyo Disneyland Park, including the Trolley Barn at Jolly Trolley, Toontown Fire Department, and Fireworks Factory, which will spout more water than ever before.
  • Aquatopia “Get Soaked” version –  For the first time in four years, the “Get Soaked” version will return to Aquatopia at Tokyo DisneySea Park, where guests can enjoy the unpredictable movements of an automated water vehicle, along with the thrill of not knowing when (or where) they will get splashed.
  • “Get Soaked Time” – During the hot summer months, cast members will walk around with water barrels to spray guests with refreshing mist.

“Cool” Summer Treats

Guests can enjoy an array of “cool” menu items at Tokyo Disney Resort this summer, including shaved ice covered with fruity sauce and cookies featuring the Tokyo Disney Resort’s 40th anniversary logo at Plaza Pavilion Restaurant in Tokyo Disneyland Park.
