Ninjago Weekends kick off this week at Legoland California Resort
Legoland California will be kicking off Ninjago Weekends on Jan. 21, 2023. The events themed to the martial arts-inspired Lego franchise will run on weekends through Feb. 20 and feature shows, entertainment, and fun-filled activities.

Ninjago Weekends Shows and Entertainment
At the School of Spinjitzu, guests are encouraged to bring their best moves to an active training-style show to become “ninjas.” Live upbeat sounds will be ringing out from the Taiko Drummers throughout the day as well. Finally, guests can join Master Wu and other fan-favorite ninjas for the final Ninjago-themed show of each day at the Ceremony of the Elements.
Ninjago Weekends Activities
During Lego Ninjago weekends, Lego characters like Kai, Jay, Nya, and the resort’s newest character, Master Wu, will be around for meet and greets. Golden weapons belonging to the Ninjago are going to be scattered throughout Ninjago World and the Imagination Zone, creating a Golden Ninja Scavenger Hunt. A special reward awaits guests upon completing the hunt.
A Serpentine Build will allow guests to join in on putting together a Lego snake inspired by the Venomari Tribe from the Ninjago franchise. Tranquility Kid’s Yoga sessions will also occur at the Elemental Stage.
Ninjago Training Camp
The Lego Ninjago Training Camp is Legoland California Resort’s newest attraction. Guests of any age can explore Master Wu’s sailing ship, weave through obstacles, and rush down slides. The land was built with disability inclusivity in mind too: the elevated platforms of the Training Camp are wheelchair accessible, and interactive and audio elements will support sensory play at appropriate heights.
Guests can take part in the action at the Imagination Zone, the lawn in Miniland U.S.A., and the new Ninjago World Training Camp. Ninjago Weekends festivities are included in the cost of regular park admission and select annual passes. For more information, you can visit legoland.com/california.
