Pokémon Go and McDonald’s to host PokéStops
Pokémon Go at McDonald’s brings the popular game to the fast-food restaurant on select dates in 2024 and 2025 in the U.S.

McDonald’s restaurant locations will become PokéStops as part of the Pokémon Go mobile game. The partnership was announced on Dec. 12, 2024.

What kinds of Pokémon can I catch at McDonald’s?
According to company, players can “encounter Pokémon attracted by Lure Modules at McDonald’s PokéStops and participate in five-star raids at McDonald’s Gyms.”
When is McDonald’s a PokéStop?
Pokémon Go players can participate at McDonald’s on the following dates:
- Dec. 16-22, 2024 from 6-7 p.m.
- Jan. 20-26, 2025 from 6-7 p.m.
- Feb. 10-16, 2025 from 6-7 p.m.
- March 10-16, 2025 from 6-7 p.m.
Where are the McDonald’s locations that host Pokémon Go?
Every McDonald’s restaurant in the United States will participate, according to Tariq Hassan, CMO of McDonald’s.

McDonald’s locations in France currently offer Pokémon cards with Happy Meals.
