What’s inside the “Resident Evil” experience in Las Vegas?
The experience appears to begin inside the Raccoon Police Department, where guests receive investigation assignments before venturing deeper into the story. Puzzle stations display missing-person boards, evidence files, maps, and coded clues spread throughout the room. According to Stitch Kingdom, guests are randomly assigned one of several escape-room-style investigations, resulting in different objectives for each group.
Uniformed R.P.D. officers are also present to interact with guests as they work through the opening mission.

Leon, Claire, and Nemesis come to life
The interactive experience also features live portrayals of several fan-favorite characters from the “Resident Evil” franchise. Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield greet guests inside the attraction, while the towering Nemesis overlooks part of the venue from an elevated platform.
Large Umbrella Corporation advertisements and Raccoon City signage help transform the warehouse into the fictional city made famous in the games.

Zombie encounters
Images shared online show infected creatures appearing throughout the warehouse, with staged zombie encounters taking place in guest areas. One photo captures an R.P.D. officer responding to an apparent outbreak with a burst of glowing green smoke in front of a “Welcome to Raccoon City” sign.
According to Stitch Kingdom, guests may also encounter roaming zombies as they move through the experience.
There are some similarities to Universal Studios Japan’s former “Biohazard: Night of Heroes” experience. The Las Vegas attraction also combines live actors, interactive gameplay, and appearances by Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield, and Nemesis, though Universal has not described it as a successor or adaptation.
Complete missions to unlock rewards
In addition to solving puzzles, guests can complete objectives throughout the experience using a themed task card. Stitch Kingdom reports that finishing challenges earns guests discounts they can redeem during their visit, adding another interactive layer beyond the scares.
Themed food
Visitors can also purchase themed food and beverages, including the Biohazard Elixir served in a souvenir laboratory flask with a spiral straw. Universal has previously said the venue will continue adding new themed experiences, seasonal entertainment and specialty food offerings as part of its strategy to keep the year-round horror destination evolving beyond its haunted houses.

Universal Horror Unleashed opened in Las Vegas as the resort’s first year-round horror entertainment destination. Along with “Resident Evil,” the venue features experiences inspired by Universal Monsters, “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” and “Scarecrow: The Reaping”
