It looks like Orlando’s only crayon-inspired venue is getting a little more colorful, because The Florida Mall’s Crayola Experience has announced that an all-new Rockin’ Paper attraction is opening this summer.
According to Crayola, at Rockin’ Paper guests will first decorate paper creatures, then “marvel as they turn, bop and rock in a show all of their own, set on a colorful stage, complete with lights and music.” To make the experience different every time, each new set of paper stars will dance to a different song.
“We are very excited to share this one-of-a-kind attraction with our thousands of Annual Passholders as well as our first-time guests,” general manager David Norton said. “Rockin’ Paper speaks to what Crayola Experience does best: Creating an inspiring experience that will spark the imagination in a dynamic and unexpected way.”
How does Rockin’ Paper work? Will performing papers be animated with magnets, Musion projections, or black magic? We’ll have to wait until summer to find out, but that gives you plenty of time to design your ultimate rainbow unicorn color scheme!
In addition to Rockin’ Paper, the 70,000 square-foot Crayola Experience features 25 hands-on attractions that offer hours of creative fun for the whole family, including the Crayola Factory, Wrap It Up, Color Magic and more. The two-story attraction also houses a 6,000 square-foot Crayola Store that offers the widest variety of Crayola products and souvenirs, including items specially created in The Florida Mall’s signature color, Orchid. The original Crayola Experience is located in Easton, Penn.
Tickets are $22.99 per person, with kids under 2 free. An annual pass is $34.99 and a day’s admission can be applied towards an annual pass. Discounted tickets and more information can be found online at CrayolaExperience.com.
