The Salt & Straw Thanksgiving menu is now available at the ice cream shops at both Disney Springs (Orlando) and Downtown Disney (Anaheim).

The Salt & Straw ice cream shop debuted its seasonal Thanksgiving menu on Nov. 1, 2024, featuring flavors to match your holiday feast: turkey stuffing, pumpkin pie, and more. Salt & Straw is a national chain, but our readers in particular may want to know the Thanksgiving menu is now available at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World near Orlando, Fla., as well as Downtown Disney at Disneyland in Anaheim, Calif.

Salt & Straw Thanksgiving menu 2024

  • Parker House Rolls with Salted Buttercream: salted buttercream ice cream with buttery toasted rolls
  • Sweet Potato Casserole: sweet potato coconut-oak milk ice cream with candied pecans and oatmeal streusel
  • Turkey Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce: spiced ice cream with brioche bread pudding, turkey sausage, and cranberry sauce
  • Mom’s Mango Pie: mango ice cream with mango curd and graham cracker crust crumbles
  • Pumpkin Pie Tiramisu: pumpkin pie coffee ice cream with tiramisu cake swirl and chocolate Stracciatella

The Thanksgiving menu items are available in addition to Salt & Straw’s year-round menu of “classic flavors” such as honey lavender and salted, malted, chocolate chip cookie dough.
