Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar opening at select Virgin Hotels locations for Christmas
Mariah Carey’s Black Irish Holiday Bar will open at five Virgin Hotels locations with festive cocktails, photo-ops, and merchandise.

It’s not time for the holiday season until the Queen of Christmas says so — and she has spoken. It’s time.
Mariah Carey’s Black Irish Holiday Bar, a pop-up experience, will open at select Virgin Hotels locations around the U.S. from Nov. 15 – Dec. 29, 2024. The pop-ups celebrate the 30th anniversary of “All I Want for Christmas is You” and are named after Carey’s liqueur brand, Black Irish by Mariah Carey.
Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar will feature specialty drinks, exclusive merchandise, and photo-ops, including one in which guests can recreate the cover of the “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special” album.
The pop-ups are a collaborative effort between Virgin Hotels and Bucket Listers.
Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar drink menu
The drink menu includes:
- Signature Espresso Martini: Black Irish cream with a candy cane rim
- Martini Flight
- White Chocolate Martini: Black Irish white chocolate cream with cotton candy and glitter
- Reposado Tequila Espresso Martini: Black Irish cream with a cinnamon stick
- Bourbon Martini: salted caramel Black Irish cream with chocolate-covered pretzel rim
- Cocoa Coffee: coffee, Black Irish cream, glitter sprinkles, and edible butterflies
“Black Irish cream is my new favorite! Especially in the holiday season, you can enjoy it over ice as well and in eggnog,” said Mariah Carey.
Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar locations and tickets
Mariah Carey’s Black Irish Holiday Bar will be located at Virgin Hotels locations in the following cities:
- Chicago, Ill.
- Dallas, Texas
- Nashville, Tenn.
- New York, N.Y.
- New Orleans, La.
Tickets start at $20 for all locations except New York, where tickets start at $30. Admission grants guests access to a 90-minute visiting time slot and include a Black Irish welcome cocktail. Additional drinks must be purchased extra.
In New York, patrons can also attend a brunch on Saturdays and Sundays for $65, which comes with a Black Irish welcome cocktail and an entrée.
Again, the pop-ups will be open from Nov. 15 – Dec. 29.
