San Fransokyo Square opens Aug. 31 at Disneyland
San Fransokyo Square opens on Aug. 31, 2023, featuring new food and merchandise themed to Disney’s Academy Award-winning film “Big Hero 6.”
The newly-rethemed area will officially open on Aug. 31, but over the next several weeks, food and beverage locations will introduce new San Fransokyo menu items beginning on July 19, 2023, at Lucky Fortune Cookery and July 26, 2023, at Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill (mobile order available at both locations).

When the area opens, guests will also have the opportunity to meet Hiro and his healthcare companion Baymax, and purchase “Big Hero 6-”themed merchandise – including a Baymax sipper.
Even after San Fransokyo Square opens on Aug. 31, 2023, the San Fransokyo Public Works Department will continue adding themed décor.
