Shangahi Disneyland Hotel will reopen to guests on June 16, 2022, as will the shopping, dining, and entertainment district of Disneytown.
The Art Nouveau-inspired resort hotel and the entertainment district are opening at limited capacity just ahead of the sixth anniversary of the Shanghai Disney Resort’s grand opening.
In addition to limited capacity, some offerings and services may be modified, and some venues’ hours will be reduced. Restaurants that participate in the reopening will offer adjusted menus featuring select “grab-and-go” items.
Disneytown’s hours of operation will run from 10 a.m.-7 p.m., although the World of Disney Store will be open from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and the parking lot will operate daily from 9 a.m.-11 p.m.
Reservations for the Shanghai Disneyland Hotel are being accepted starting today, June 14, 2022, on the official website, the app, Weixin/WeChat account, the Resort Reservation Center, and official travel partners’ channels.
Lumière’s Kitchen and Aurora restaurants, plus Tinker Bell Gifts, will reopen with the hotel, but the King Triton Pool, onsite fitness center, select hotel facilities, and Wishing Star Ferry will remain temporarily closed. Character experiences may be modified.
Shanghai Disneyland Annual Pass holders can enjoy a discounted room rate of approximately 20% off when booking a Deluxe Garden View room at Shanghai Disneyland Hotel from June 16-July 13.
Birthday benefits for Annual Pass holders whose birthday falls in March-June will be extended to September 30, 2022.
Enhanced health and safety measures will be in effect during the reopening, in accordance with the latest government regulations and guidance.
Wishing Star Park, the World of Disney Store, and Blue Sky Boulevard began welcoming guests back on June 10, 2022.
Shanghai Disneyland theme park and Toy Story Hotel will remain closed until further notice.
