Silver Dollar City Extends Hours to Midnight During Moonlight Madness
On Saturday, July 23, 2022 Silver Dollar City theme park in Branson, Mo. offered its first Moonlight Madness event, keeping the park open for over 12 straight hours. For the next fortnight Moonlight Madness continues, and Silver Dollar City even stays open until midnight on July 30 and August 6. Guests who visit Silver Dollar City after 5pm get exclusive rates and savings, and everyone visiting during Moonlight Madness get access to special eats with the Summer Tasting Passport.

Over 40 rides and attractions are open during Silver Dollar City’s Midnight Madness, including Time Traveler, the world’s fastest, steepest, and tallest spinning coaster, and Outlaw Run, the first wooden roller coaster with multiple inversions.
Mystic River Falls, the park’s half-mile-long raft ride, lights up as Silver Dollar City’s most unique river adventure, with a four-story splashdown under the Ozark stars.

Lively entertainment plays into the night with the family-fun dance band Eastern Heights, followed by an impressive fireworks display lighting the night.
For the littles, music group Prince Ivan leads family games on the Gazebo Stage and emcees nightly street dances on the Square, with music from hip-hop and rock-and-roll to the Chicken Dance and the Macarena.
Even more moonlight fun is possible at Branson’s White Water park, with Night Water every Saturday in July until 10 p.m. Float into the sunset and splash under the stars at the outdoor water park. Slide into the night on the seven-story Kalani Towers, or race to the finish on the heart-pounding Mat Racers under the evening sky.
