Six Flags Hurricane Harbor New Jersey is hiring for the summer

Six Flags Hurricane Harbor in Jackson, New Jersey — one of the Northeast’s largest waterparks — is hosting a virtual and in-person job fair on April 17, 2021, for employment from May through September 2021.

The park is looking to fill positions in eight departments — including cashiers, lifeguards, and food service workers — with many paying $15.00 per hour.

“We’re looking for a great team to staff New Jersey’s most thrilling waterpark, and our new virtual hiring process has made it easier than ever to complete applications, hiring, and training from the safety and comfort of home,” said Six Flags Great Adventure recruitment supervisor Samantha Katcher.

Applicants age 15 and up can begin the process by completing an online application. All interviews, communication, and on-boarding paperwork can also be conducted virtually.

Job Fair Details:

The in-person job fair at the Six Flags Employment Center (609 Monmouth Road, Jackson, NJ) will take place on April 17, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; information about positions and on-the-spot interviews will be available. Interested applicants can also access the job fair online for information and interviews via live chat. Before attending, candidates can complete a pre-employment application online. Appointments are encouraged but not required, parking is free, and masks/cloth face coverings are required.

New in 2021, Six Flags will offer curbside drop-off for document verification. Once offered a position, new team members will visit the Six Flags Employment Center with required documents and remain in their vehicle. A human resources representative will then pick up the documents from the car window and process the paperwork.
