Speedway gas station at Magic Kingdom adding a café

Starting today, Feb. 12, the Speedway gas station at Magic Kingdom will be closed for a full refurbishment.

When the station reopens in several weeks, it will have a Speedy Café – a fast-casual restaurant where guests can place orders on one of six self-serve kiosks. The menu will be freshly prepared as ordered, and will include customizable pizzas, paninis, breakfast sandwiches, hand-crafted beverages, frozen yogurt and more. The new café will also feature both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Traffic going past the gas station has been re-routed to a new pattern to accomodate the refurbishment. No specific reopening date has been released.
