Spirit Halloween’s New Animatronics for 2023

Eight new animatronics are now available from Spirit Halloween:

  • The Black Heart ($299.99) opens his arms to reveal a recent kill
  • Dagger Mike ($169.99) greets you unsuspectingly at 3’11” before growing to 4’8″ and busting out his knives
  • Poor George ($179.99) shows off two different, rotating faces.
  • Death Stalker ($279.99) breathes fog as he moves side to side
  • Eternal Rest ($139.99) appears to be an ordinary tombstone, but then the head on top spins to reveal a skeleton with red eyes
  • Heckles ($279.99), well, heckles trick-or-treaters with negativity
  • Lil Jack Carver ($169.99) seems to be an ordinary scarecrow with a pumpkin for a head, but the figure raises the jack-o-lantern to show their skeletal head underneath
  • Slim ($399.99) is a familiar face from the movie “Killer Klowns from Outer Space” who can open and close his bag as he makes noise (Halloween Horror Nights fans may recall “Killer Klowns from Outer Space” as the subject of a former haunted house and scare zone)

Favorite Animatronics Returning for More Haunts

Several animatronics from years past are back at Spirit Halloween this year:

More Animatronics Coming Soon

A handful of new figures will make their debut later this season:

  • Gourdo ($149.99) can widen his mouth from 3’8″ to 4’5″
  • Stilts ($349.99) has all the makings of a terrifying circus act, standing at 7’9″ as he spins his head 360 degrees and emanates carnival music.
  • Leatherface ($349.99) from “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre,” who wears a “Pretty Woman” mask, can move his upper body while his chainsaw roars loudly. (Again, HHN fans might still have nightmares from when Leatherface commanded his own haunted house multiple times over the years)

Other Halloween Fun

It’s still summer, but Halloween will be here before you know it and many theme parks’ Halloween plans are well underway. Universal recently announced Halloween Horror Nights will feature a haunted house based on “The Last of Us” in both Orlando and Hollywood, and SeaWorld Orlando teased two new characters, Frost and Flame, at the center of the park’s Howl-O-Scream event this year.
