Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser launches new dates for 2023
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser at Walt Disney World has announced new “voyage” dates are available for 2023, with bookings starting today, September 1, 2022.

Since its opening in March 2022, guests have experienced their own Star Wars stories onboard the Galactic Starcruiser, Halcyon, Disney’s fully-immersive hotel experience that takes guests on an “adventure to a galaxy far, far away,” role-playing as heroes of the Resistance or members of the First Order.
The two day “voyages” include overnight accommodation, meals, character interactions, interactive experiences, and a visit to the planet of Batuu (Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Walt Disney World’s Hollywood Studios theme park).
It’s a themed experience from start to finish, beginning at the Halcyon starcruiser terminal, launching through hyperspace to the Halcyon, taking part in missions, and ending with a dramatic show-down between good and evil.
Along the way, guests choose the adventures they’d like to live out through various activities, including lightsaber training, visits to Halcyon’s bridge to learn skills they may need in a crisis, playing holo-sabacc in the Sublight Lounge, and discovering secrets that will benefit the Resistance…or help bring it down.
Characters onboard the ship often have valuable clues, and they readily interact with guests to advance the storyline. The Star Wars: Datapad app, which can be downloaded to guests’ smartphones, also contains useful functions.
Live entertainment takes place during meals at the supper club, Crown of Corellia Dining Room, and differ each night. Breakfast and lunch buffets are offered here, too.
Voyagers onboard Halcyon are encouraged but not required to dress up in their favorite Star Wars-style costumes to fully immerse in the experience, and merchandise such as robes, tunics, headwear, droids, and more are available for purchase during the journey.
Land-based missions are part of the adventure when guests take a transport shuttle to the planet of Batuu, with lunch at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo included. Visits to Oga’s Cantina, Savi’s Workshop – Handbuilt Lightsabers, and Droid Depot can be arranged.
Bookings are now being taken for two-night voyage dates through the end of September 2023.
