Start 2021 off inspired at Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts
If you’re looking for a fresh start in 2021, get in touch with your artistic side during a visit to the Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts, running from Jan. 8 – Feb. 22, 2021 at Walt Disney World Resort.
More than 100 Disney and visiting artists will display their work for guests to view, and guests will be able to show off their own talents by participating in interactive experiences like a larger-than-life paint-by-number mural or learning to draw Disney characters. The artful photo-ops will also return.
It wouldn’t be an Epcot festival without delicious food, and this Taste of Epcot event will have its own magical twist on art-inspired menus. And, of course, no visit to an Epcot festival is complete without festival merchandise to bring home.
New for 2021, the Voices of Liberty will take the stage at America Gardens Theatre with a brand-new showcase, “The Disney Songbook,” where they’ll perform Disney songs and celebrate the artistry of Disney composers and lyricists.
Over at World Showplace, guests can see live performances by “Art Defying Gravity,” a spectacle of strength acts, and “Visual Art in Performance,” a high-energy, onstage visual artists who will paint Disney characters before your eyes in a matter of minutes.
As for Food Studios, a new location will join the lineup this year between France and Morocco – Vibrante & Vivido Food Studio. Here you’ll find chilled seafood cocktail with octopus, scallops, shrimp, black garlic aïoli, tomato coconut sauce and serrano lime oil; Blue Corn Pupusa stuffed with cheese and topped with shredded pork, guajillo and árbol chile sauce, cabbage slaw and aji amarillo crema.
Other offerings to enjoy at the festival include the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, where guests will use their Festival Passport as a guide to purchase five food items and receive a complimentary treat once the walk is completed. Figment’s Brush with the Masters scavenger hunt will also return, and guests will be able to purchase a map and stickers at a variety of merchandise locations.
Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts will run for 46 days and is available with valid theme park admission and a Disney Park Pass reservation for the same date.
