The Fun Fair from “Stranger Things 3” will take over Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier starting on Saturday, June 29; the fair will then take over Deno’s Wonder Wheel Amusement Park at Coney Island on Thursday, July 4.

Hawkins Fun Fair at Santa Monica Pier

Located in the Pier Deck parking lot on the Santa Monica Pier, the Stranger Things 3 Fun Fair will immerse fans as soon as they arrive. Guests can start their experience with a carnival game, or check out the dunk tank filled with slime. There will even be a Scoops Ahoy truck ready to serve delicious ice cream. The Curiosity House will offer a strange experience for sure, but beware of Demogorgons! The Hawkins Bike Shop will offer a photo-op with Mike’s own Schwinn bike.

At the center of the Fun Fair, guests can enjoy a lineup of on-stage entertainment, including a performance from the Hawkins High School Cheerleaders, ‘80s cover bands, food-eating contests, magicians and more. Inside Pacific Park, the Pacific Park Ferris Wheel will turn into the Hawkins Wheel, and other iconic pier rides will be transformed with in-show elements.

This version of the Fun Fair will run from June 29-30, 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. on both dates.

Stranger Things 3 Takeover at Coney Island

This takeover of Deno’s Wonder Wheel Amusement Park at Coney Island will bring plenty of spooky surprises from Hawkins for fans to enjoy. The park’s rides, including the Ferris Wheel, Thunderbolt, Tilt-A-Whirl, Bumper Cars and Carousel, will transform with “Stranger Things 3” in-show elements. Fans can grab a treat from Scoops Ahoy push carts that will be roaming throughout the park, as well as watch the Hawkins Fourth of July Spectacular Firework Show on Saturday, July 6 at 9:30 p.m.

This takeover event will run from July 4-7 from 12-6 p.m. on both dates, excluding the fireworks show on July 6.
