Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic dates announced for 2022
Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic foodie-centric event returns to Walt Disney World on November 11 and 12, 2022.
Now in its 13th year, the two-day street party-style celebration of all things food and wine returns to the Swan and Dolphin resort’s causeway, with unlimited tastings of food and beverages created by each hotel’s award-winning chefs.
Among the gourmet food selections are tender Hand Crafted Smoked Pork Belly by Smokin’ D’s BBQ, Angus Beef Tenderloin from Shula’s Steak House, Maryland Crabcake Slider by Garden Grove, Shanghai Dumpling by Chinatown, and succulent Tuna Poke from Pig & Poke.
Guests can also sample bottomless beverages from around the world, among them wines from Argentina, Australia, California, France, New Zealand, and more; local and seasonal beers with “bar snack” pairings in a beer garden setting; and delicate sakes by TyKu Sake.

Samplings take place along the causeway, which features themed areas such as the beer garden, plus a carnival corner and a festive bubble lounge.
This year’s event sees the return of interactive food and beverage seminars lead by the resort’s expert culinary team.
Featured seminars on Nov. 11 are Pasta Making with Chef Dan, Base to Bubbles (the basics of champagne), It’s Better to Wine in Italian, and Wine Blending.
November 12 seminars are Beer, Please!, Craft Cocktails, and Wine Blending.
Seminars cost $75-$95 per person, plus service fee. There are no refunds, and all sales are final.
Each night’s celebration is backed by live entertainment, encouraging guests to dine, drink, and mingle.
Guests do not have to stay at a Walt Disney World hotel to participate, but those who would like to extend their enjoyment can make it an evening to remember with an onsite reservation that keeps them “in the magic.”

The event runs from 5:30 p.m.-9 p.m. each day. Non-refundable tickets are $165 per guest ages six and up ($174.24 with service fee; ages five and under are free with an adult).
