Walt Disney World has been gradually updating loading procedures for numerous rides, including Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Expedition Everest and Slinky Dog Dash, loading guests into empty seats in every row previously used to socially distance amid the continuing coronavirus pandemic – a change in the parks’ initial health and safety protocol upon its reopening in July.
Guests of all ages can ring in the New Year with a grand spectacle of physically distanced fireworks at SeaWorld Orlando on Thursday, Dec. 31.

Disney has released more information about its brand-new College Program-exclusive housing, Flamingo Crossings Village. Most notably, the fact that the rentable units are no longer exclusively available to College Program cast members. Because of the pandemic, the College Program has been suspended, so they are now open and available to all Disney and third-party employees.

Gideon’s Bakehouse opened today at Disney Springs to a three-hour virtual waitlist. This extremely popular bakery started in 2016 with just one employee in its original East End Market location in Orlando. It has now grown substantially in size, opening up its secondary shop in The Landing area of Disney Springs, next to Wine Bar George.
This past weekend, entertainment and experience developer Harves teamed up with Care Bears IP-owner and entertainment studio Cloudco Entertainment to announce the opening of Kalidico, the world’s first Care Bears-themed experience of its kind in Shanghai.
