Taste of Knott’s delights your taste buds

Most of Southern California’s theme and amusement parks remain closed due to the pandemic, but Knott’s Berry Farm has opened its gates once again. Granted, the rides and shows aren’t running, but it still feels great to have your feet walking around the grounds of a theme park during Taste of Knott’s.

One of the things Knott’s does so well is the food offerings in the park with their various boysenberry concoctions and other treats for your taste buds. They certainly don’t disappoint during Taste of Knott’s which allows you to wander through most of the historic park.

Taste of Knott’s celebrates classic flavors from around the park including new and one-of-a-kind food, drink and merchandise offerings through Ghost Town, Fiesta Village, and Boardwalk. With over 35 food and drink items to choose from, the Taste of Knott’s event offers more food variety (than the previous Taste of Calico event) with the addition of Mexican-inspired cuisine, Knott’s famous BBQ offerings and classic Knott’s dishes pulled from the pages of the celebrated Knott’s Berry Farm cookbook.

Ghost Town

Some of the tasty treats you can try includes the Boysenberry Breaded Chicken Tender on a Waffle with Fire Honey, as well as the Tater Tots Topped with BBQ Marinated Pulled Pork, Chipotle Ranch and Cheddar Cheese. Both are yummy and filling. There are plenty of specialty drinks to choose from to stay cool and desserts to finish your food tour. The Blue Velvet Lemon Cookie Sandwich with Vanilla Soft Serve was particularly yummy. The five options you’re given with your Tasting Card is more than enough food to have you leaving with a full belly, and there are plenty of options to choose from assuring everyone in your party will be satisfied.
