Ticket price changes at SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

SeaWorld Orlando

It’s become an annual tradition around Central Florida’s theme parks to raise ticket prices by a few dollars. However, SeaWorld is now making an enticing offer for Florida residents to keep them coming back all year.

Florida residents can now purchase SeaWorld or Busch Gardens 2010 Fun Cards for $69.95, which is $5 less than their most recent “pay for a day, come back all year” promotion. These cards enable guests to visit SeaWorld or Busch Gardens unlimitedly all year with no blackout dates. The Fun Cards must be purchased at SeaWorldOrlando.com, BuschGardensTampaBay.com, at the theme park front gates, or at participating AAA offices throughout Florida. For non-Florida residents, Fun Cards purchased at the front gate cost the same as an adult single-day admission.

Meanwhile at SeaWorld, the regular, single-day adult admission has gone up $4 to $78.95,which is $9 more expensive than the $69.95 Fun Card price. A regular, single-day child’s admission ticket to SeaWorld is $68.95, so for $1 more children ages 3-9 can visit SeaWorld unlimitedly throughout the year.

At Busch Gardens, the regular, single-day ticket prices are $74.95 for adults and $64.95 for children ages 3-9, so there is still plenty of Fun Card savings to be found there as well.

Other special Florida resident ticket offers include “Buy One, Get One Free.” If you’re a Florida resident, you can buy a SeaWorld single-day admission for $78.95 (adults or child) and receive a free single-day admission to either Busch Gardens or Aquatica. You also can purchase a Busch Gardens single-day admission for $74.95 (adults or child) and receive a free single-day admission to Adventure Island. Visits must be completed within one year of purchase.
