Universal CityWalk has created a whole new kind of experience for guests who want a quick meal. Housed together in one connected, convenient dining area, Panda Express, Moe’s Southwest Grill and the world’s first Burger King Whopper Bar will be opening next week.
“We saw a desire for quick, casual meals among our guests, and we feel that Burger King Whopper Bar, Panda Express and Moe’s Southwest Grill are perfect fits for our resort and our brand,” says Ric Florell, senior vice president and general manager of resort revenue operations.
The restaurant space is located on the upper level of CityWalk at the top of the escalator to the left. Each restaurant will be open to guests for lunch and dinner but may also extend its hours beyond those times. Last week, Universal CityWalk also opened a brand new location of Element, a skateboard, clothing and shoe retailer.
The Whopper Bar will have its grand opening on Tuesday, Moe’s will open on Thursday and Panda Express will open on Friday.
Burger King Whopper Bar
The Whopper sandwich will be front and center in the world’s first Whopper Bar restaurant from Burger King – a new restaurant concept. The Whopper Bar restaurant offers guests a customizable, premium and indulgent Whopper-based menu.
Moe’s Southwest Grill
Best known for its signature items such as the Homewrecker burrito, Close Talker salad and Joe Coctostan quesadilla, Moe’s serves fresh, made-to-order southwest fare with attitude and flare. Each guest is greeted with a warm, “Welcome to Moe’s!” and is offered complimentary chips and salsa with every meal.
Family-owned for more than 25 years, Panda Express offers fresh, high quality Chinese food served hot in a fast-casual environment. Panda Express’ chefs use the ancient Chinese art of wok cooking to prepare crisp and tangy favorites, such as original Orange Chicken and zesty Beijing Beef.
