‘Wicked: For Good’ | Dorothy, Scarecow, Tin Man revealed in new toys
“Wicked: For Good” toys reveal Dorothy Gale, the Scarecrow, and the Tin Man from “The Wizard of Oz” with new designs adapted for the upcoming 2025 film conclusion to the “Wicked” saga.
As the Nov. 21, 2025, release date of “Wicked: For Good” approaches, Mattel launched its toy line for the new movie. The toys include dolls and action figures representing familiar characters to the story of “The Wizard of Oz” making their “Wicked” debut in the sequel: Dorothy Gale, the Scarecrow, and the Tin Man.
The Dorothy Gale doll from “Wicked: For Good” comes with her dog, Toto, and a basket.
Meanwhile a “Wicked: For Good” action-figure “Story Set” contains not only Dorothy, but also Glinda (Ariana Grande), the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion.
Until now, the most we’d seen of Dorothy, the Scarecow, and the Tin Man was a backward view in a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it flash in the “Wicked: For Good” trailer.

Universal’s official description of “Wicked: For Good” reads:
Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo), now demonized as The Wicked Witch of the West, lives in exile, hidden within the Ozian forest while continuing her fight for the freedom of Oz’s silenced Animals and desperately trying to expose the truth she knows about The Wizard (Jeff Goldblum).
Glinda, meanwhile, has become the glamorous symbol of Goodness for all of Oz, living at the palace in Emerald City and reveling in the perks of fame and popularity. Under the instruction of Madame Morrible (Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh), Glinda is deployed to serve as an effervescent comfort to Oz, reassuring the masses that all is well under the rule of The Wizard.
As Glinda’s stardom expands and she prepares to marry Prince Fiyero (Olivier award winner and Emmy and SAG nominee Jonathan Bailey) in a spectacular Ozian wedding, she is haunted by her separation from Elphaba. She attempts to broker a conciliation between Elphaba and The Wizard, but those efforts will fail, driving Elphaba and Glinda only further apart. The aftershocks will transform Boq (Tony nominee Ethan Slater) and Fiyero forever, and threaten the safety of Elphaba’s sister, Nessarose (Marissa Bode), when a girl from Kansas comes crashing into all their lives.
As an angry mob rises against the Wicked Witch, Glinda and Elphaba will need to come together one final time. With their singular friendship now the fulcrum of their futures, they will need to truly see each other, with honesty and empathy, if they are to change themselves, and all of Oz, for good.

Meanwhile at Universal Studios Florida, Wicked: The Experience opened in 2024 as part store, part museum for “Wicked” merchandise and props, respectively, as well as a regular meet & greet spot for Glinda and Elphaba. No word yet on if Universal will update the attraction in tandem with the release of “Wicked: For Good,” or if Dorothy or any other new friends will join the character lineup.

Actually, the designs were leaked some time ago for print merchandise (storybooks, coloring books, etc). It’d be a shame not to know what was coming; the Scarecrow’s identity is barely altered, from what we’ve seen.
