Chuck E. Cheese is taking Adventure World, its multilevel indoor playground, to more than 20 communities across the U.S. in 2026 and 2027. This Adventure World expansion means the mouse wants to be your kid’s new favorite climbing gym, and the company is betting big on it.

The nationwide rollout follows a successful test run in Texas. Here is what families can expect, where the new locations are landing, and how this differs from the Chuck E. Cheese you grew up with.

Where it started: Arlington, Texas

The first Adventure World opened in Arlington, Texas, in November 2025. According to the company, it quickly became one of the most successful openings in Chuck E. Cheese history. Families pointed to two things: getting up close with Chuck E. and friends in a way they never had before, and kids inventing their own adventures.

Now more families will get one close to home.

Adventure World Expansion: What families can expect inside

Each Adventure World offers 12,000 to 18,000 square feet or more of active play, exploration, dining, and celebrations under one roof. Kids choose their own imaginative journey through themed areas starring Chuck E. Cheese characters:

  • Munch’s Cosmic Bounce (space)
  • Bella’s Castle Quest (fairy tale)
  • Jasper’s Bubble Reef (ocean)
  • Chuck E.’s Jungle Temple

Every location includes climbing structures, slides, and obstacles, plus a dedicated toddler zone for smaller kids. A giant video wall and a digital live show starring Chuck E. and friends round out the experience.

The Adventure World expansion brings back the ball pit. It’s a nostalgic return for adults who remember the originals.

“Families have told us they want a place where kids can move and use their imagination all day, with food and celebrations built right in,” said Randy Forsythe, president of Chuck E. Cheese. “That’s exactly what we built. Now we get to share it with kids in a lot more cities.”

All-day admission and dining

Admission is one low price per child for all-day play. When kids need a break, the Power Up Station, featuring Pasqually and Helen Henny, serves popcorn, nachos, pizza, and wings.

Parents can use the Kid Check system, which helps ensure every family that arrives together leaves together. Adventure World also hosts the birthday parties the brand is known for, with packages starting at $99.99 for six kids, and it works for field trips, playdates, and group events.
