Disney Jollywood Nights 2024 guide + what’s new at Hollywood Studios Christmas party
Disney Jollywood Nights will return to Hollywood Studios in 2024 with more characters, more merchandise, and more entertainment than last year’s inaugural event.

What are Disney Jollywood Nights?
Disney Jollywood Nights are special after-hours parties at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World near Orlando, Fla. A separately ticketed event from Hollywood Studios’ daytime operations, Jollywood Nights feature exclusive shows (one of which stars Kermit and Miss Piggy), character greetings (like Santa Stitch), and mini-parties (such as the Tip Top Club, inspired by Tower of Terror).
Jollywood Nights debuted during the 2023 holiday season. It seems Disney was satisfied with the experiment enough to make it an annual offering.
Dates and hours for Disney Jollywood Nights 2024
2024 Jollywood Nights dates:
- Nov. 9, 13, 16, 18, 23, 25, & 30, 2024
- Dec. 2, 7, 11, 14, 18, & 21, 2024
Event hours: 7:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. (guests can enter the park at 6 p.m.)
What’s new at Jollywood Nights 2024
“Glisten!,” an ice-skating show: Disney says, “Get ready to gather on Hollywood Boulevard for a new dazzling skating spectacular set to your favorite holiday tunes. Several times each evening, take in the grace and skill of international champion skaters in an awe-inspiring twist on the traditional ice show.”
In addition to holiday songs, “Glisten!” will feature Disney ditties like “When You Wish Upon a Star” from “Pinocchio” and “Be Our Guest” from “Beauty and the Beast.”
New projections on the Chinese Theater will also be integrated into the show. “Glisten!” will perform during Jollywood Nights at 8:15, 9:15, 10:30, & 11:15 p.m. and 12:15 a.m.
A new “Muppet Christmas Carol” movie set photo-op will be located inside Stage 1 Company Store near Muppet*Vision 3D.
New character greetings: Scrooge McDuck, Clarice, Baloo and King Louie (in their “TaleSpin” costumes), Bo Peep (from “Toy Story”), Lotso (from “Toy Story 3”), Panchito and José from “The Three Caballeros,” and the Mandalorian

The new Pixar Disco dance party in Pixar Plaza will feature Frozone and Edna Mode from “The Incredibles,” Joy from “Inside Out,” and other Pixar characters.
Complimentary party favor as you exit the park: Wondermade champagne-flavored, non-alcoholic marshmallows

What’s returning from 2023
Live shows:
- “Disney Holidays in Hollywood,” a variety show hosted by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy inside the Theater of the Stars at 8:15, 9:15, & 11:15 p.m. and 12:15 a.m.
- “What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along” (featuring Oogie Boogie and a large Jack Skellington puppet) inside Hyperion Theater at 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, & 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. (Tip: This show’s last performance of the night begins at the same time the party is technically over, so you’ll get to stay in the park longer and get the most bang for your buck by saving it until the end of night.)
Nighttime spectacular: “Jingle Bell, Jingle Bam!” fireworks and projections show at 10 p.m.
Character greetings: Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Chip and Dale (dressed as Rescue Rangers), Max (dressed as Powerline), Stitch (as Santa), Duffy the Disney Bear (also as Santa), and Phineas and Ferb (see our full Jollywood Nights character guide for locations)
Atmosphere parties:
- The Twilight Soirée at the Tip Top Club (outside of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror), featuring a live band at 7:30, 8:10, 8:50, 9:30, 10:30, 11:10, and 11:50 p.m.
- Jazzy Holidays (inside The Hollywood Brown Derby; reserve your spot now)
- Holiday Fiesta en La Calle (now in Animation Courtyard; was previously on Commissary Lane)
