Gordon Ramsay, Earl of Sandwich bringing British pub to Downtown Disney

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, a 1960s-themed British pub from the makers of Earl of Sandwich, is coming to Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort.

Downtown Disney

The pub will be located on the second floor of Earl of Sandwich within Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif. Disney announced the news on Oct. 9, 2025; the company did not mention an opening date.

Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby is named after Carnaby Street in London, and themed to the British pop music scene of the ’60s. The pub will feature late-night live music and its menu will serve classic British dishes, including:

  • Beef Wellington
  • fish & chips
  • sticky toffee pudding

Guests can dine indoors in booths or at a bar, or head outside on one of two patio areas. Again, this is on the second floor, so the patios may have elevated views of Downtown Disney.

“All eyes were on London in the 1960s, a full on fantastic technicolor scene of people going out and having fun,” Chef Gordon Ramsay said of the upcoming Downtown Disney establishment. “We are bringing those cool vibes to Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby. Stunning interiors, incredible food, and great music, whether it’s date night or dinner with friends or family, The Carnaby is going to bring the very best of cool Britannia to Downtown Disney District.”

Disneyland Resort is currently celebrating its 70th anniversary now through summer 2026. The festivities include the debut of the first-ever Audio-Animatronics figure of Walt Disney.
