Disney Believe Haunted Mansion Parlor: What we know and what we’re predicting

Foolish mortals will be welcomed once again in the Haunted Mansion Parlor on Disney Believe when Disney Cruise Line’s latest ship sets sail in December 2027. This will be the third Wish-class ship to feature the ghostly venue as Haunted Mansion Parlor debuted on the Disney Treasure in 2024 and the Disney Destiny in 2025.

Although the Haunted Mansion Parlors aboard Treasure and Destiny share the same design and supernatural storyline, their signature drinks and collectible souvenir vessels differ. Disney has confirmed that there will be drinks exclusive to the third installment aboard Disney Believe, so we can theorize what might materialize aboard Believe.

Kindly follow us to the dead center below for a look at the spirited refreshments from both ships — and our predictions for what could be coming from somewhere beyond.

Haunted Mansion Parlor Signature Drinks

Disney has announced that Haunted Mansion Parlor on Believe will have exclusive new cocktails and mocktails.

Haunted Mansion Parlor offers more than just drinks. Guests can purchase collectible ceramic mugs inspired by the lounge’s ghostly characters, along with souvenir sippers featuring familiar Haunted Mansion figures. The designs have differed between Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny, raising the question of which happy haunts might appear aboard Disney Believe.

On the Disney Treasure, the mariner and his bride are depicted in their human and ghost/mermaid form in collectable ceramic tiki style mugs available for purchase. The “Final Vow” is a specialty cocktail served in a mermaid mug, and the “Last Catch” features a signature drink in a sculpted mariner mug.

On board the Disney Destiny, “Ethereal Encore” is a specialty cocktail served in a ceramic tiki siren mug, and “Tidal Terror” features a signature drink in a sculpted mug of Poseidon riding a seahorse.

It seems reasonable to predict the Haunted Mansion Parlor on Disney Believe will also feature two collectable ceramic tiki mugs, one female and one male.

Haunted Mansion Parlor character inventory

After checking Disney’s official descriptions, photo tours and Haunted Mansion references, I can identify seven principal changing portraits, plus several other figures and supernatural effects.

The MarinerYes — Treasure
The Captain’s BrideYes — Treasure

What other spirits could materialize as collectible mugs aboard Disney Believe? Possibilities include the ghost ship depicted in the Parlor’s transforming portrait, the mysterious captain whose portrait serves as a landmark decoration, or even one of the ghostly fish swimming in the aquarium.

One popular signature alcoholic experience found at the current Haunted Mansion Parlors is the “Chilling Challenge.” After solving a secret menu riddle, the Restless Spirits Experience for two contains two cocktails served in a Bat Stanchion holder (gargoyle and glasses not included, and non-alcoholic versions are available).

Both bars also serve two specialty beers: Happy Haunts IPA and Pallor Mortis Pale Ale.

Souvenir Sippers

In addition to alcoholic drinks, there is a selection of exclusive bottled soda potions that are Haunted Mansion branded and themed for the parlor. These speciality potions can be served in a souvenir sipper. The original Disney Treasure sipper was the Hatbox Ghost.

The Disney Destiny has a Haunted Mansion Organ Player for its sipper. One would predict that the Haunted Mansion Parlor on Disney Believe will also feature a sipper straight out of the theme park attraction (time for Madame Leota, perhaps?)

Similar to the Haunted Mansion Parlor found on the Treasure and Destiny, we predict this adult lounge will be a popular venue on the Disney Believe. Though we should caution you, dear reader, that the majority of our Disney Believe predictions did not materialize.

Haunted Mansion Parlor Lore

Walt Disney Imagineering hit a home run when designing the Haunted Mansion Parlor for the Disney Treasure. Taking up the same space as the Star Wars Hyperspace Lounge on the Disney Wish, this adult lounge was packed with props, furniture, and callbacks to the beloved Haunted Mansion theme park attraction.

Disney Cruise Line’s Haunted Mansion Parlor expands the lore of the classic theme park attraction with a supernatural love story set at sea. The lounge resembles the elegant private drawing room of a jovial ocean liner captain whose mysterious bride-to-be may have played a role in his untimely demise.

Portraits transform to reveal the characters’ supernatural identities, a mysterious aquarium filled with ghost fish and a keepsake box associated with the bride further the lore. The portraits also inspired the collectible ceramic mugs introduced aboard Disney Treasure, a tradition continued on Disney Destiny.
