Tickets for Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld offers a variety of ticket options, including those that provide admission to Howl-O-Scream 2024 at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Both United Parks & Resorts theme parks in Florida host an after-hours Howl-O-Scream event. While this year marks SeaWorld’s fourth year holding Howl-O-Scream, Busch Gardens is celebrating its 25th anniversary of hosting this scary season event.
We have a guide like this about the Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens. Please be careful when purchasing tickets to confirm which Howl-O-Scream you buy tickets for. Last year, we met several groups that bought tickets to the wrong location.
Single-night tickets start at $49.99. Saturdays will cost more than other nights. Also, this after-hours event is not included with annual passes or other daytime ticket admission to SeaWorld Orlando. However, guests can ride several of the SeaWorld Orlando roller coasters in the dark during this event.
Haunted houses at Howl-O-Scream Orlando

SeaWorld Orlando’s Howl-O-Scream surprises guests with four new haunted houses for 2024. SeaWorld has reimagined several former houses in the last two years but has not created four new ones. In addition, one of the better houses from the 2023 event returns this year, “D3LER1UM666 Laboratories.”
‘D3LER1UM666 Laboratories’

“D3LER1UM666 Laboratories” displays new tricks for haunted houses at SeaWorld Orlando’s Howl-O-Scream. Last year, this house combined a few show elements with a walkthrough haunted house. Guests even got to sit down at one point, which is usually unheard of at after-hours spooky events. Guests who enter this house should expect rigid military treatment since things look bleak within these laboratories.
SeaWorld Orlando stated that this haunted house invites guests “inside the headquarters of a unique mercenary group, established by the government to counter the threat posed by the Sirens and other dangerous sea creatures.” The Sirens have been critical iconic characters for Howl-O-Scream in Orlando.
This tour of the labs is designed to help gain public support for the effort to save humanity from the recent attacks, apparently by the Sirens, on humans. Of course, the lab tour involves a few dangers.
New haunted house: ‘The Ultimate Gamble’
One of the most unique-sounding new haunted houses this year is “The Ultimate Gamble.” Guests in this house appear to be playing some version of a life-or-death wager. SeaWorld Orlando asks guests this ominous question: “Will you beat the odds and escape with your life, or will you become just another ghostly patron trapped in the casino’s eternal game?”
New haunted house: ‘Water’s Edge Wellness Center’
“Water’s Edge Wellness Center” sounds like a nice place. Nevertheless, being a Howl-O-Scream Orlando house, we should know better. According to the Howl-O-Scream narrative, this setting used to be a place of relaxation. However, guests will find a creepy place still covered in mystery. This place blurs the line between the living and the non-living. It sounds like a place where we may get pulled to the other side.
New haunted house: ‘Atlantis: Journey Below’

In the short history of Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld Orlando, there is a tendency toward cold and wet houses like “Captain’s Revenge” and “Beneath the Ice.” In fact, you can see the earlier mentioned Sirens in action in our walkthrough video of last year’s version of “Beneath the Ice” on our YouTube channel.
This year, Howl-O-Scream guests will experience what sounds like a wet house. During “Atlantis: Journey Below,” they will visit the legendary sunken city. In this haunted house, guests should expect to encounter sea creatures and mythical beings. As Howl-O-Scream says, “Dare to explore ‘Atlantis: Journey Below’ and experience the terror that lies beneath the waves.”
New haunted house: ‘Farm 51’

If guests still want more spooky adventures during Howl-O-Scream Orlando, one more new haunted house walk-through remains, “Farm 51.” It looks like guests have wandered into a bad situation. This house combines a dark farm setting with aliens looking for dinner. By the way, humans are on the dinner menu. While Halloween Horror Nights has “A Quiet Place” house this year, SeaWorld has “Farm 51.” Sadly, we do not know the weakness of these alien predators. We suggest closely watching the shaking of the cornfields in this house.
Scare zones at Howl-O-Scream Orlando

Seven scare zones for guests to walk through and enjoy exist for Howl-O-Scream Orlando. Like the haunted houses, many are brand new for the 2024 event. Guests can enjoy the three new scare zones and the four returning ones.
New scare zone: ‘Paradise Palms’
“Paradise Palms” was where people went for a well-deserved break from life. This roadside retreat now only offers isolation and fear. This worn-down motel, with faded paint and unkempt palms, presents a curious trap for those who pass by now. This motel hides a dreadful story. Howl-O-Scream asks, “Will you unravel the motel’s mysteries and escape its haunted grounds, or will this stay be your last?”
New scare zone: ‘Cannibal Harbor’
With a name like “Cannibal Harbor,” many readers may not need a description to understand the basics of this scare zone. “Cannibal Harbor,” brand new this year, takes visitors to a once-flourishing seaport. Of course, now it has become a place where former mariners desire fresh meat for their cannibal appetites. These fishermen have been driven to their cannibalistic ways by a curse. Will you be the next menu item on the seaport buffet?
New scare zone: ‘Seeds of the Coven’
The third and final new scare zone, “Seeds of the Coven,” takes advantage of the witches’ creepy and eerie nature. This scare zone also promises that if guests are not careful, they will be on the menu here. The backstory for this scare zone involves the natural world being twisted against humanity.
Howl-O-Scream Orlando, in the description of this scare zone, states, “Will you escape the clutches of the witches and their horrific creations, or will you become just another part of their gruesome harvest? Enter if you dare, but remember — the coven is always hungry, and at night, they sow the seeds of terror.”
Four returning Howl-O-Scream Orlando scare zones

Howl-O-Scream Orlando brings back four scare zones from last year to partner with the new scare zones. They are:
- “Blood Light District” – The ladies of the night will be challenging to resist in this scare zone.
- “Toxic Turmoil” – A terrible chemical accident takes place with those infected and those trying to help guests, creating a toxic environment for Howl-O-Scream Orlando guests.
- “Terrors of the Deep” – This scare zone brings guests face to face with legendary creatures from a lost city.
- “Carnevil Pier” – Guests should prepare to meet all the clowns, circus performers, and carnival barkers in this Howl-O-Scream Orlando scare zone. However, they should be careful since rumors have it that guests lose their souls at this pier.
Live shows

Two shows intend to cast a spell on guests at Howl-O-Scream Orlando 2024, both returning this season from years past. During the disturbing “Siren’s Song” show, guests see the Sirens. In fact, they enter the narrative of these iconic characters. Guests should steady themselves to avoid being drawn away by the “Siren’s Song.”

For guests desiring an upbeat show, Howl-O-Scream Orlando also offers that with “Monster Stomp.” This signature United Parks & Resorts show, held at other theme park locations owned by this company, selects an interesting main character, Jack the Ripper. The legendary killer, talented singers and dancers, and high-paced music turn the stage into a theme park show spectacle.
Howl-O-Scream Orlando food and drinks

This SeaWorld Orlando after-hours event features five themed bars and several Howl-O-Scream-specific food and beverage locations within the theme park.
Two new themed bars present visitors with distinctive offerings. Those bars are called “Sacrificial Spirits” and “Space Gate 3.”
Returning bars for Howl-O-Scream Orlando are “Longshoremen Tavern,” “Tormented,” and “Carnevil Curiosities.” All three bars reside near the scare zone areas or haunted houses. Guests can enjoy a themed cocktail while watching others deal with the frights.
