Due to the ongoing closures of attractions on International Drive in Orlando as a result of the virus crisis, a new I-Drive Food Bank has opened for donations to support service industry workers.

Closures related to the virus have affected many of the attractions on I-Drive, leaving their staff and team members without income. As a result, many hospitality workers have no way to feed themselves or their families. That’s where this new food bank comes in.
The “I-Drive Workers Relief and Support Center” is now open at 6362 International Drive at the Orlando Forum, and accepts donations of food, supplies, and sundries like shampoo, conditioner, and other toiletries, which will be distributed to distressed workers in the hospitality industry. Financial donations will not be accepted, however.
Donations are accepted from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. seven days a week. The center is looking for volunteers to help collect, sort, and distribute food, as well as volunteer chefs to help cook complimentary take-away meals.
If you would like to help donate to the I-Drive Food Bank, or want more information, contact Michael at (215) 964-4343 or email [email protected]
