Monopoly Steakhouse, the world’s first of its concept, will open in 2026 in San Pedro Garza García, Mexico, from Timeless Brands.

Monopoly Steakhouse, a high-end culinary experience developed under a strategic licensing agreement between Hasbro and Timeless Brands, aims to bring the world’s favorite board game to life in a setting of “whimsical sophistication.” We just hope they take credit cards, as getting a $200 salary every time you finish a meal seems unlikely.
You just landed on ‘fine dining’

The new establishment, strategically located in Plaza Áuriga (surely a prime piece of magenta property), is an immersive project designed to reflect the distinctive, luxurious aesthetic of the Monopoly universe. Timeless Brands, a leader in location-based entertainment projects, promises that every detail has been crafted to make guests feel like the reigning Mr. Monopoly.

Stepping off the board: No jail time included

Hasbro sees the steakhouse as a prime example of expanding the brand experience.

Scheduled to open in early 2026, the project also includes investment partner REIL.

The culinary offerings at the Monopoly Steakhouse will be crafted by specialized chefs, with a focus on prime cuts and contemporary international cuisine. A signature bar will feature exclusive themed cocktails such as “Go Directly To The Bar” or “Baltic Avenue Blunder.”
The location will also feature live music and a retail boutique. If you’ve been looking for that custom-made top hat or perhaps a silver thimble cocktail shaker, this is your Boardwalk opportunity.
Timeless Brands views this opening as a commitment to transforming entertainment across Latin America. Yes, the railroad stations will probably be part of the design, though they won’t cut your dining bill by $25 if you own all four.
