Ya-hoo! New ‘Super Mario Bros. Movie’ toys launch ahead of film
“Mushroom Kingdom, here we come!” In anticipation of Mario’s upcoming big-screen adventure, Jakks Pacific, Inc. will debut a line of “Super Mario Bros. Movie” toys.

From plushies to play sets, the “Super Mario Bros. Movie” merch has a bit of everything. Items will arrive in stores internationally Feb. 26, 2023.
Here they are!
Super Mario Bros. Movie Toys
Five-inch figures of Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad sell separately for $19.99. Each character has their own accessory. Jakks Pacific titles the collection as “Wave 1,” implying more figures will be coming in the future.

Also noted as part of Wave 1 are smaller figures measuring 1.25 inches, including Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Kamek, and Koopa Paratroopa. These figures sell for $5.99 each and come with a yellow question-mark cube that opens up.

A seven-inch Bowser figure can breathe fire with the help of three AAA batteries and H20. He’s $29.99.

“Mario Kart” fans will love the 2.5-inch Pull Back Racers, which are available exclusively at Wal-Mart for $14.97 each. Choose your racer — Mario, Peach, Toad, or Koopa Troopa — and race by pulling their kart back and watching them go!

The Mushroom Kingdom Castle playset depicts the film’s training grounds. When opened, the castle reaches 22 inches wide. Small, 1.25-inch figures of Mario and Peach come with this $29.99 set.

If you prefer your “Super Mario Bros. Movie” toys huggable, check out the 14-inch Mario plush or the 15-inch Luigi plush. Both are Target exclusives, available for $29.99 each.

Like to accessorize? The hanger plush line will be more your speed. Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad sell for $5.99 each and come with a hanging clip.

One of 2023’s Most Anticipated Movies
Hopefully the toys will help the time pass faster as fans wait for “The Super Mario Bros. Movie” to debut in theaters on April 7, 2023.
Nintendo teamed up with Illumination, the studio behind “Minions” and “The Secret Life of Pets,” to create the film. Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic are in the directors’ chairs, having previously helmed “Teen Titans Go!” And “Teen Titans Go! To the Movies” together.
“The Super Mario Bros. Movie” voice cast includes Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, and Jack Black as Bowser.
The movie is one of the most anticipated family flicks of 2023.
