New Woody character design appears at Hong Kong Disneyland
After rumors circulated around changing designs for “Toy Story” meet-and-greet characters, we can finally see the new look for Woody at Hong Kong Disneyland. Ever since the release of “Toy Story 4,” there has been talk that a new design for Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Jessie would appear in the Disney Parks.
Now, with Hong Kong Disneyland open once again, we can finally see the first of the changes.
Woody not only appears more alike to his on-screen appearance, but his height has shrunken a bit as well. Rumors suggested that Woody, Buzz Lightyear and Jessie would all have slightly modified looks and heights. If this new change is similar to others character design modifications in the past, we could expect to see this new character look at Walt Disney World soon.

more accourate thay should have done that when toy story three came out. i cant wait to see whatv buzz, and jessie new look. the should make a green alien walk around since those aliemns are popular in toy story. bu im also wanted goofys head to have a new look becaues goofys head doesnt look accurate. but nice looks anyway 👌👌👌👌👌👌
It’s definitely jarring to see Woody with a new look after all these years, but it’s a welcome change! He looks more screen-accurate for sure. I wonder if we will see new looks for Buzz and Jessie soon.
