Pixar makes its Disney Lorcana debut with Toy Story, The Incredibles, and more!
The next set of the Disney Lorcana trading card game will bring the first round of Pixar characters to the hobby.
It’s been a big year for Disney Lorcana so far. After starting the year off with the game’s first Walt Disney World activation at EPCOT, and the first release of 2026 with Winterspell, the hobby has finally brought some of our favorite Pixar pals out to play.
‘Wilds Unknown’ brings the game’s storyline to a jungle setting as a mysterious vine takes over the realm of Lorcana. We were invited to preview some of the upcoming cards, as well as take a sneak peek at the future sets releasing in the coming months, with even more Pixar franchises being added with each set.
Disney Lorcana releases Wilds Unknown
The first Pixar IPs to be introduced into Lorcana are “Toy Story”, “The Incredibles”, and “Brave”. The set will be available on May 8 for pre-release at local game stores and Walt Disney World and Disneyland ahead of its wide release on May 15.
This release ties perfectly with “Toy Story 5” coming to theaters, and adds to the fun of all things Toy Story at Walt Disney World.
Below are some of the cards that were unveiled ahead of the Wilds Unknown’s release.
Each Lorcana set has cards with varying degrees of rarity. The highest of them being “Iconic”, a very sought-after card with alternate art of a preexisting card in the set. There are only two Iconic cards in each set, with the characters of choice this time being Buzz Lightyear and Merida.

Attack of the Vine
The next set is “Attack of the Vine,” continuing the storyline of the characters in Lorcana fighting back against the vine that is taking over their home. This set will introduce characters from “Monsters Inc.” and “UP”
Hyperia City
“Coco” coming to Lorcana was teased a few months back. Now we know characters from that IP will be debuting in Hyperia City, set to be released in Q4 2026.
Sneak peek at Lorcana in 2027
We have our first look at one of the first IPs to be introduced in the first set of 2027, debuting in Q1. This currently unnamed set will bring characters from “Onward” to the game.
