More than 5,000 parking spaces will be available inside the new structure, and the resort anticipates that it will be open no later than the end of July. The new parking garage will also feature a new electronic parking system to help make guest parking easier.

Over the next few months, the Toy Story parking lot will also be expanded with over 2,000 additional spaces, as well as additional entrances. Disneyland will also be adding security screening tents before where guests board the Toy Story parking lot shuttles, which will eliminate screening in the esplanade outside the theme parks at peak season times.

Work is also being done on opening up the walkways in the hub of Disneyland park, through the addition of slow inclines on curbs and softening corners on planters to help guests better navigate around them.

Disneyland will also be working on the entrance and marquee to Adventureland as part of Project Stardust. The marquee will be temporarily taken down to remove a walkway support to help improve guest flow.

Other Project Stardust enhancements include policy updates to make the theme park experience more enjoyable. You can read about these policy changes here.
