World Yo-Yo Contest starts today in Orlando

Dave and Buster’s is opening their newest location this Monday on International Drive in Orlando. The 40,236-square-foot space features a large arcade, full restaurant and a bar. It’s located on the land formerly occupied by Race Rock, just down and across the street from Pointe Orlando.
Chuck E. Cheese’s, a family entertainment restaurant and play area, is introducing its new pizza recipe, the first major change in over 30 years.
From June 10 to Aug. 20, Wet ‘n Wild will host their Summer BBQ Beach Bash every Friday and Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering entertainment and food in addition to their rides and attractions.

Merlin Entertainments is already building Legoland Florida outside of Orlando, now they’ve announced plans to open a Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and build a 425-foot-tall Orlando Eye observation wheel in a new shopping center on International Drive.

It started last Friday afternoon with the undead lumbering from Uno Chicago Grill on International Drive, down the street to the Wyndham Orlando Resort. The Zombie Walk, put on by The Deadite Empire, was the kick-off to Spooky Empire’s Ultimate Horror Weekend.
