At the beginning of every New Year, Universal Orlando wraps up its Christmas celebrations, then less than a month later, swiftly swings into its musical Mardi Gras bacchanalia. But squeezed in between the two — both thematically and chronologically — sits Universal Studios Florida’s annual Rock the Universe event, a weekend-long festival of contemporary Christian concerts.
Florida residents can now make the most of their holiday season at Universal Orlando Resort with these extended offers.
Universal Orlando shared a brief transportation update today, Aug. 20, announcing changes to the park’s pick-up and drop-off location.
We are just under three weeks away from the start of this year’s Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando, and three of the event’s scare zones are already taking shape.
“House of 1000 Corpses” has been announced as the latest house in this year’s lineup for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.
Guests can experience the merry mischief of holidays at Universal Orlando once again this year, as the resort has announced its dates and special offerings for the holiday season.
“Universal Studios Florida: Experience the Magic of Movies” was better than DayQuil. Laid up on a school day in the middle of a Cleveland winter, when the only constant is a colorless, pencil-smudge sky, I found no greater solace than that videotape.
“A Day at Epcot Center” came close, but my illness had to line up with a jackpot at the local library to catch that one. “A Day at the Magic Kingdom” was in the running until our VCR disemboweled it. Even these absolutes were thrown into disarray when Mom and Dad sent away for our first free planning video with included brochure pocket. No matter the VHS, when I was at my down-and-out-est, nothing revived my spirits like the contact high of a Central Florida vacation.
