Trollercoaster ride vehicle revealed, testing in DreamWorks land
Trolls Trollercoaster in DreamWorks Land has begun cycling in test runs without riders at Universal Studios Florida.
The kiddie coaster, a re-theme of the former Woody Woodpecker’s Nuthouse Coaster, will open with DreamWorks Land this summer.
Ride the Caterbus on Trolls Trollercoaster
Thanks to photos shared with us by bioreconstruct, we can now see the Trollercoaster’s seats are lime green and the coaster train’s hood bears the face of the Caterbus from the “Trolls” films. Turquoise decoration on the train’s wheels act as the Caterbus’ many legs.
bioreconstruct also captured video of the Trollercoaster in action:

Crews painted the track and installed props to match the “Trolls” theme awhile ago, but these are among the first reported visuals of the coaster train itself.
While the future DreamWorks Land is still behind construction walls, some of the area is visible from public areas of Universal Studios Florida, particularly near the entrance to E.T. Adventure.
Trollercoaster to be Part of DreamWorks Land
The surrounding DreamWorks Land will also include kid-friendly attractions based on “Shrek,” “Kung Fu Panda,” and “Puss In Boots: The Last Wish.”

More Coasters on the Way
Universal has had a busy March so far. Just last week, bioreconstruct captured aerial photos of a Starfall Racers coaster train on the tracks at Universal Epic Universe, opening in 2025. Meanwhile, DreamWorks’ latest movie, “Kung Fu Panda 4,” debuted earlier this month.
