What’s new at Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival 2022

Busch Gardens brings back its popular Food & Wine Festival on March 11, 2022, and this year it offers 20 new sampling dishes, 22 live concerts, and the grand opening of the all-new Iron Gwazi.

More than 90 chefs and mixologists have created a new menu for the festival, inspired by cultures around the world.

Sample new dishes such as:

Sour Orange Glazed Burnt Ends Pork Belly Bites, Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Elote Street Corn, Harvest Chipotle BBQ Shrimp Tacos, Urban Duck Fries, Hawaiian BBQ Pulled Pork

Finish with new Food & Wine sweet treats, including:

Dark Chocolate Truffle Tart, Brownie Fundae, Orange Flan, Bourbon Pecan Pie, and a selection of four new cupcake flavors (Black Berry Pinot Noir, Orange Creamsicle, Strawberry Short Cake, and Havana guava and cream cheese).

Also try Toasted Coconut Lemon Cheesecake Mousse, Bavarian Fruit Punch Trifle, and a decadent 24K Double Chocolate Whoopie Pie.

New Food & Wine signature cocktails keep the party going:

Indulge in gin-based Iron Gwazi Fizz, Jack Daniels-based Hybrid Heat, vodka-based 91˚ Drop, and a sweet Sangria Float.

There are 25 food and 44 beverage offerings at this year’s festival. Make the most of it with a Food & Wine Festival 10-sample lanyard, starting at $65, or the 15-sample lanyard at $80.

Busch Gardens Pass Members can purchase an exclusive 18-sample lanyard for the price of a 15-sample lanyard.

The event features 22 live concerts over the course of 11 weeks, including headliner acts such as Sean Paul, 3 Doors Down, Kansas, Air Supply, and several tribute bands, including The Purple Experience Prince Tribute.

Guests can also be among the first to ride the all-new, world’s fastest and steepest hybrid roller coaster, Iron Gwazi.

The Food & Wine Festival runs from March 11-May 22, and is included in park admission (food and beverage samples are extra).
