New Olaf and Mickey & Minnie meet and greets open this week at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

If hanging out at Blizzard Beach with Frozen’s friendly snowman this summer wasn’t enough, guests can now meet and greet Olaf at the new Celebrity Spotlight in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, which is also offering a new Mickey and Minnie Mouse encounter starting this week.

As we reported back in February, guests will encounter favorite characters in two new greeting experiences opening this week at Disney’s Hollywood Studios:

In Celebrity Spotlight (located in the park’s Echo Lake district near the Star Tours ride) guests are invited to meet Olaf from Disney’ “Frozen.” Olaf is living his dream “In Summer,” chilling on the beach and ready to give warm hugs to all his new friends.

On Commissary Lane (across from the ABC Commissary restaurant) guests will find “Mickey and Minnie Starring in Red Carpet Dreams.” Guests first walk the red carpet and meet with Minnie in a scene straight out of a musical extravaganza. Next, guests can join Mickey in a scene from “Fantasia,” where he’s portraying his iconic role of the Sorcerer’s Apprentice.

Olaf is in the Celebrity Spotlight now, while “Mickey and Minnie Starring in Red Carpet Dreams” makes its debut on Sunday, May 8.
