Gatorland, the “Alligator Capital of the World,” officially broke ground on April 19 for a $2.5 million park expansion. This will be their largest expansion since first opening in 1949. Gatorland also announced the opening of the new “Gator Joe’s Adventure Outpost” and “Stompin’ Gator Off-Road Adventure,” which are both scheduled to open this fall.

Wild Florida Airboats and Gator Park is about to get a bit wilder, as it just welcomed two new Nile crocodiles to their Gator and Wildlife Park. The male and female crocodiles were relocated to Wild Florida from a park near the Florida Keys.
