‘Live! at The Pointe Orlando’ now open with cowboy bar, themed nightlife
“Live at the Pointe Orlando,” a 73,000-square-foot facility, introduces popular restaurant brands and nightlife to International Drive.

Now open, “Live! at The Pointe Orlando” features four established franchises: Shark Bar, Houndsmen English Lounge, Sports & Social, and PBR Cowboy Bar. Two additional tenants — Sal’s Pizza and Palm Tree Club — will open in October 2024.
Pointe Orlando is located on International Drive near the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.
What is ‘Live! at The Pointe Orlando’?
The Pointe Orlando shopping, dining, and entertainment center opened in 1998. Brixmor Property Group owns and operates Pointe Orlando, the tenants of which include Wonderworks, Imax, Funny Bone Comedy Club, and more.
In 2022, The Cordish Companies announced its intentions to build a major facility at Pointe Orlando that would include concept restaurants. In April 2024, Cordish revealed the name of the facility: “Live! at The Pointe Orlando,” belonging to Cordish’s subsidiary, Live! Hospitality & Entertainment.
“Live! at The Pointe Orlando” officially opened Sept. 19, 2024, joining existing shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pointe Orlando. The “Live!” project is not a rebrand of the entire Pointe Orlando district.

Not yet ready at grand opening but slated to open in October 2024 are the following two venues:
Sal’s Pizza, known for its 19-inch, three-pound pizza
Palm Tree Club, a two-story establishment inspired by the coast
‘A game-changing development’
“‘Live! at The Pointe Orlando’ will be a game-changing development for Orlando’s tourism corridor,” said Reed Cordish, principal of The Cordish Companies, in April 2024, “and is sure to become the premier destination for both locals and tourists.”
Matt Ryan, EVP and president of South Region for Brixmor Property Group, said, “Riding a mechanical bull at PBR Cowboy Bar, imbibing crafted cocktails in an elevated lounge reminiscent of the English countryside, or watching your favorite sporting events on state-of-[the-]art screens in Sports & Social are just a few of the one-of-a-kind experiences you will soon find at the newly renovated Pointe Orlando.”
The opening of “Live! at The Pointe Orlando” is part of a larger redevelopment of Pointe Orlando as a whole.
Ryan continued, “The addition of The Cordish Companies’ Live! brand is another example of why Pointe Orlando is Orlando’s dining and entertainment destination that embraces sophisticated fun indoors and outdoors.”
“Live! at The Pointe Orlando” will bring over 300 jobs to the city, for which Live! Hospitality & Entertainment is currently hiring.
