Pointe Orlando to host free ‘Pardi Gras’ event for adults
Adults looking for a free event in the City Beautiful can head to Pointe Orlando for Pardi Gras, a new, one-night-only celebration.
The Pointe Orlando dining and shopping center on International Drive in Orlando, Fla. will become the spot of a vibrant Mardi Gras party on March 1, 2024, from 7-10 p.m.
Pardi Gras will feature a live Zydeco band, a DJ, and a photo booth (complete with beads and a nearby umbrella crafting station for all your photo-taking needs).
The event itself is free. The Pointe’s restaurants and bars will offer food and drink specials for purchase during the event.

Beyond Pardi Gras, Universal Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval is in full swing at Universal Studios Florida. The park hosts a parade, weekend concerts, and a tribute store for the occasion. Universal Mardi Gras continues through Apr. 7, 2024.
Though SeaWorld Orlando’s Mardi Gras festivities are shorter and have already concluded, the park’s Seven Seas Food Festival continues Thursdays through Sundays, now through May 19, 2024.
