Food trucks have grown in popularity over the years, and Walt Disney World is set to introduce their own line of them at Downtown Disney later this fall.
Warner Bros. Entertainment announced today that best-selling author J.K. Rowling would be making her screenwriting debut on a new series of films inspired by Harry Potter’s Hogwarts textbook “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” and the adventures of the book’s fictitious author, Newt Scamander.

Busch Gardens and the Humane Society of Tampa Bay have joined forces to create the “Busch Gardens Happy Trails” program. The program brings awareness to adopting homeless dogs and cats and Busch Gardens will provide two complimentary admission tickets to pet lovers who adopt a new dog or cat from the Humane Society’s Tampa shelter.
Fans of the BBC America television show Doctor Who will have the chance to meet some of the talent behind the hit show in Orlando during the Hurricane Who convention Nov. 1-3 at the Doubletree by Hilton near SeaWorld.
After debuting last year at Disneyland, many wondered when the Glow with the Show, Mickey ear hats would come to Walt Disney World. Wonder no more, as they will make their debut next month. The hats will change colors in sync with fireworks, shows and each other at Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

By Andy Guinigundo Six Flags touts itself as the “largest regional theme park company in the world”. About three-fourths of the American population is within about six hours drive of a Six Flags Park. Six Flags has committed to bringing something to each of its parks each year.
Florida residents can experience Discovery Cove at an exclusive rate through Dec. 31, 2013, where they can enjoy the park plus SeaWorld and Aquatica.
