What will happen with DVC members from NYC area who are still under 14 day quarantine as per 20-52 until 7/7?

I am seeing from Busch Gardens and Sea World Orlando that reservations are to be made online and will be required. Guests must bring their tickets and/or Fun Card/Season Passes and reservation confirmations with them to the gate.

Inconsistent standards- must wear masks outdoor, but not indoor restaurants or any dinning areas. This is inconsistency.

Also, employees including restaurants staff do not wear gloves. They often use their hands touch their dirty recycle masks and served the food at the same time.

We don’t anyone who were sick, had Covid-19 or were ordered for 14 days quarantine attending the parks. Are there any controls for these?
