Over the last couple of weeks I’ve visited CityWalk, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios a couple of times. Here are some new and different things I noticed.
Brazilian steakhouse experience now available at Latin Quarter in CityWalk
Guests at the Latin Quarter restaurant at Universal CityWalk now have a delicious choice to make. Guests can continue to dine in the main dining room downstairs and make their choices from the menu, or they can choose to dine upstairs at the brand new Brazilian steakhouse experience.
Drive-in movie themed mini golf courses coming to CityWalk
Early next year, you may be putting a golf ball through elaborate movie-style scenes featuring little green men, a cemetery, giant spiders, flying saucer and into the basement lab in a haunted house. “The Haunting of Ghostly Greens” and “Invaders From Planet Putt” miniature golf courses will be opening at CityWalk.
Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville pays homage to the hamburger throughout May
While the hamburger originated in Hamburg, Germany its modern day incarnation is very much American. The burger has gained so much notoriety that it has actually earned its own annual holiday month: “National Hamburger Month”. Jimmy Buffett’s restaurants nationwide, including Margaritaville in Universal’s CityWalk, will be celebrating all things burger throughout the month of May.
