First we gave you a preview of some of the performances for Disney’s annual Christmas Day special, and now we have a look at some of what viewers will see during the parade portions of the broadcast.
Disney’s annual Christmas Day special has been a tradition for families for 31 years, and this year the broadcast has a bit of a change as it celebrates “Frozen”.
To honor the 50th anniversary of “it’s a small world’s” debut at the 1964 New York World’s Fair, guests and Cast Members around the world will unite in song for a historic event.
Disney has revealed what looks to be their 2014 promotional campaign for the theme parks, entitled “Show Your Disney Side.” This campaign should run through 2014, replacing the “Limited Time Magic” campaign that is running through the end of 2013. The two will run simultaneously until then.
The Walt Disney World Moms Panel is now known as the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Along with the change in title, Disney also announced the 19 newest members including two new Team Sports Moms who have joined the roster to assist guests with youth sports-related travel to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.
Early this morning, Disney and Starbucks announced that all six of their United States theme parks will soon be getting Starbucks locations.
The D23 Expo is returning for the third time to the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. next year from Aug. 9 through 11. The first Expo was held in 2009 followed by a second in 2011. Each event played host to thousands of Disney fans from every corner of the globe.
Disney’s Mobile Magic app is now available to download free on the iPhone. It is the only official Disney Parks app and is available to download free from iTunes. It offers wait times, show times, dining guides and much more for Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
