“The Simpsons” at Jack in the Box: leaked images tease at collectible cups and themed eats
“The Simpsons” may be having an especially big Halloween in 2026. Images circulating online show what appears to be an upcoming “The Simpsons Munchie Meal of Horror,” complete with themed food and collectible cups.

Just one day after Attractions Magazine got a first look at new “Treehouse of Horror”-inspired food coming to Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood, leaked materials appear to reveal another Halloween collaboration — this time with Jack in the Box.
There’s an important caveat: Jack in the Box has not publicly announced the promotion as of Aug. 20, so the details should be considered unconfirmed until the company makes it official. The apparent promotional materials were shared by the Out of Context Simpsons Couch Gags account on X, though it is unclear where the images originated.
Still, the materials offer a convincing look at what could be coming. And the apparent collaboration would follow several years of Jack in the Box turning its Munchie Meal into a platform for limited-time partnerships. The chain introduced its first official Munchie Meal collaboration with Snoop Dogg in 2023, followed by versions featuring Ice Cube, T-Pain, Coca-Cola Starlight and, most recently, Hot Ones. The leaked “Simpsons” promotion appears to take that formula further, with “Treehouse of Horror” branding, themed food and six collectible character cups.
Leaked Simpsons Munchie Meal includes collectible cups
One of the supposed leaked materials advertises Simpsons giveaway cups, with six colorful designs pictured.
According to the material, each Simpsons Munchie Meal comes with one cup, with six for guests to collect. The cups are described as available only with the Simpsons Munchie Meal and not sold separately.
The leaked lineup also appears to include Monster Tacos and Forbidden D’oh!nut Holes.
The latter are particularly interesting for “Treehouse of Horror” fans. Promotional imagery for the doughnut holes carries “The Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror” branding and shows four doughnut holes drizzled with pink icing.
Another ‘Treehouse of Horror’ food collaboration?
The apparent Jack in the Box promotion arrives at an interesting time.
Universal Studios Hollywood just revealed its own “Treehouse of Horror”-inspired Halloween Horror Nights food, including the Mmm… Forbidden Pumpkin Donut and a drink topped with Daddy’s Soul Donut.
Both play off “The Devil and Homer Simpson,” the classic “Treehouse of Horror IV” segment in which Homer sells his soul to the Devil — appearing as Ned Flanders — in exchange for a doughnut.
The leaked Jack in the Box Forbidden D’oh!nut Holes aren’t the same product, but the similar Halloween doughnut theme adds to what is shaping up to be a notable year for “Treehouse of Horror” outside the television screen.
Jack in the Box already has a history with ‘The Simpsons’
There’s another layer to the potential collaboration: Jack in the Box is no stranger to “The Simpsons.”
Jack Box, the fast-food chain’s longtime mascot, has actually appeared in the animated series. In the 2019 episode “The Winter of Our Monetized Content,” Homer imagines Mount Rushmore populated by fast-food mascots, including Jack Box alongside Ronald McDonald, Colonel Sanders and the Burger King.
Jack Box returned in the 2021 episode “Burger Kings,” appearing alongside several other restaurant mascots.
“The Simpsons” has poked fun at Jack in the Box in other ways, too. Most notably, the 2020 episode “Highway to Well” included Krusty’s Munchie Mouthfuls, a parody of the late-night fast-food meals associated with Jack in the Box.

That makes the leaked name “The Simpsons Munchie Meal of Horror” particularly fitting. If the collaboration is confirmed, a real Jack in the Box Munchie Meal will be getting “The Simpsons” treatment after the show previously turned the concept into a joke of its own.
When could the Simpsons meal arrive?
Rumors circulating alongside the leaked materials include potential September launch dates, but Attractions Magazine has not independently confirmed a release date, price, participating locations or the complete menu.
Jack in the Box also has not publicly announced the collaboration as of publication.
But between the leaked Jack in the Box materials and the newly revealed “Treehouse of Horror” food at Universal Studios Hollywood, Homer Simpson may be getting his fill of Halloween doughnuts this year.
We’ll update this story if Jack in the Box confirms Springfield is officially coming to the drive-thru.
