A life-size replica of Peter Parker’s apartment is coming to New York City
Spider-Man fans will have the chance to step inside Peter Parker’s apartment during a one-day pop-up experience celebrating the upcoming release of “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.” There’s even an authentic Zillow listing.
Hosted by Little Caesars and Sony Pictures, the free event will take place June 27 from 1 to 8 p.m. at the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse in Brooklyn, New York. The experience features a life-size recreation of Peter Parker’s apartment, allowing fans to explore the space, take photos and search for Easter eggs connected to the upcoming film. Guests will also have the opportunity to try Little Caesars’ new Spider-Man-inspired Webberoni Pizza.
As part of the promotion, the companies have also created a themed Zillow listing for Peter Parker’s apartment. The fictional property is described as a one-bedroom, one-bath loft featuring a Spider-Suit workshop, super-strength training area, spider-research center and “city-wide CCTV.”

Other tongue-in-cheek amenities include “villain-proof locks,” a “friendly neighborhood,” a “villain-exclusion zone” and an “absence of local crime.”
The listing also jokes that the apartment’s washer is useful for cleaning secret superhero work clothes and highlights custom 1,000-pound weights for superhuman-strength training. The property’s “Priceless Zestimate” and references to web-swinging transportation continue the Spider-Man theme throughout the listing.
Fans interested in attending the event can reserve a spot online. Registration allows guests to reserve entry for up to 10 people. The pop-up is part of a broader partnership between Little Caesars and Sony Pictures tied to “Spider-Man: Brand New Day,” which arrives in theaters July 31.

You can also order a Spider-Man-inspired pizza with a pepperoni web design by ordering online. The limited-time pizza is inspired by Spider-Man’s iconic web-slinging abilities. According to Little Caesars, the design is intended to deliver pepperoni in every bite and is available for $8.99.
This is the latest addition to movie-themed pizzas and promotions like Papa John’s “Toy Story 5” pizzas and Wendy’s “Minions & Monsters” meals.
