Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede Dinner Attraction will receive a festive overlay for the holidays, complete with all the sights and sounds of Christmas – including a full-scale living Nativity, holiday décor, a four-course feast and Santa Claus himself. Dixie Stampede’s Holiday Adventure will debut on Nov. 1 and run through Jan. 2, 2018.
GatorWorld Parks of Florida recently opened its gates on Oct. 9 as Central Florida’s newest reptile-based tourist attraction. Located in Sumter County on State Route 44 near I-75, the 15-acre park features a scenic drive-through offering prime viewing of more than 400 alligators in their natural Florida habitat.
